Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders among women of reproductive age, characterized by hormonal imbalance, ovulatory dysfunction, and metabolic abnormalities. This study focuses on modern diagnostic methods and individualized treatment strategies for PCOS, emphasizing a patient-centered approach to improve reproductive, metabolic, and psychological outcomes. Early diagnosis and personalized therapy, including lifestyle modifications, pharmacological interventions, and fertility management, play a critical role in reducing complications and enhancing quality of life [1, 2]
