Abstract

The article addresses the development of a new generation of polymer composite filaments for 3D printers using high-strength basalt additives based on locally available raw materials in Uzbekistan. An economically efficient and environmentally safe filament production technology is proposed, aimed at import substitution and meeting the growing domestic demand. The physical-mechanical and heat-resistant properties of the composite material, as well as processing parameters and possibilities for polymer recycling, have been studied.
