Abstract

This article explores the challenges and strategies associated with fostering students’ self-realization and the development of their personal potential within higher education. It emphasizes the importance of structuring autonomous learning activities in a way that allows students to achieve specific objectives while progressively realizing their individual aspirations at each stage of the educational process. Such a structured approach promotes goal-setting, the pursuit of higher-order objectives, and the cultivation of diverse competencies increasingly aligned with students’ future professional roles. The study highlights the significance of reflective practice, self-assessment, and lifelong learning as mechanisms for enhancing personal growth, academic achievement, and professional readiness.
