Abstract

Currently, due to the deteriorating epidemiological situation for tuberculosis, patients with tuberculosis combined with cardiovascular pathology, both as a primary manifestation of the disease and as a result of pulmonary tuberculosis, deserve special attention. The cardiovascular system is well known to be highly sensitive to tuberculosis intoxication, leading to impaired automatism, myocardial excitability, and vasomotor disturbances in the pulmonary and systemic circulations.
