Abstract
This study analyzes international research on AI in education, algorithmic fairness, and learning analytics to indicate how AI-EDSS helps to facilitate disadvantaged students' learning process, while also examining possible risks, such as bias in algorithms, lack of transparency, and unequal digital access. In this paper, the context of Uzbekistan is also taken into consideration, as rural-urban education disparities still remain a pressing problem in the primary and secondary education system of Uzbekistan, especially in terms of access to digital tools, well-trained teachers, and quality learning resources.
