Workshop "Open Science Experiences at DET" – Materials and Presentations
Abstract
The workshop “Open Science Experiences at DET,” organized by the Open Science and Publications Committee of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications (DET), was held in December 2025. The initiative aimed to promote the adoption and dissemination of Open Science practices within the department, fostering transparency, reproducibility, and research impact. Contributions were collected through a formal call inviting researchers, particularly early-career scientists and PhD candidates, to present concrete experiences related to the implementation of Open Science principles. A subset of submitted proposals was selected for presentation during the workshop. The selected contributions addressed topics including open access publication of research outputs, reproducible workflows, version control systems, collaborative platforms, and strategies aligned with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
