Abstract
Intestinalstomaformationisalifesavingprocedureinneonateswithsevereintestinalpathology.Thisstudyanalyzedearlyandlatestoma-relatedcomplicationsin218infantswhounderwentcolostomyorileostomyattheRepublicanCenterofPediatricMinimallyInvasiveandEndoscopicSurgerybetween2020and2025.Stoma-relatedcomplicationswereobservedin62%ofcases,includingearlycomplicationsin38%andlatecomplicationsin24%.Carefulsurgicaltechnique,adequatepostoperativecare,andparentaleducationwereidentifiedaskeyfactorsinreducingcomplicationratesandimprovingclinicaloutcomes
