Abstract

Primaryhealthcare(PHC)playsacentralroleinensuringaccessibility,continuity,andqualityofmedicalservices[11,12].NursesconstitutethelargestworkforceinPHCandsignificantlyinfluencepatientoutcomes[2,3].However,organizationalinefficiencies,workloadimbalance,limitedautonomy,andinsufficientdigitalintegrationreducetheeffectivenessofnursingservices[15,29,30].Thisstudyaimstoidentifymodernorganizationalmodelsandevidence-basedstrategiestoimprovetheefficiencyofnursingservicesinorganizingpatientcareattheprimaryhealthcarelevel.Amixed-methodanalyticalstudywasconducted,includingstructuralanalysis,workloadassessment,andevaluationofpatientsatisfactionindicators.Thefindingsdemonstratethatimplementingpatient-centeredcaremodels[10,28],digitaldocumentationsystems[6],standardizednursingprotocols[1],andexpandednurseautonomy[7,16]significantlyimprovecarequality,reducehospitalizationrates,andincreasepatientsatisfaction[14,24].ThestudyconcludesthatsystematicmodernizationofnursingserviceorganizationisessentialforstrengtheningPHCperformance
