Abstract

This article analyzes the scientific-theoretical and practical foundations of using modern pedagogical technologies in forming information culture among primary school students. The study explains the concept of information culture and its structural components, including searching, selecting, analyzing, evaluating, processing, and ethically using information. It also substantiates step-by-step mechanisms for developing students’ information culture through interactive methods, game-based technologies, problem-based learning, digital educational tools, multimedia resources, and collaborative approaches. The article concludes that modern pedagogical technologies are an effective means of developing independent thinking, critical approach, communication culture, and initial understanding of information safety among primary school learners.
