SE OF IVR SIMULATIONS IN DEVELOPING THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF FUTURE NURSES IN WORKING WITH MIGRANTS
Abstract
technologies in modern nursing education, particularly in developing the therapeutic communication skills of future nurses when working with migrants. In recent years, the increasing number of migrants and their barriers to accessing health care have increased the need for cross-cultural communication skills among healthcare professionals. In a context where traditional training methods cannot fully meet this need, IVR simulations allow students to experience realistic clinical situations in a safe and controlled environment. The article discusses the role of IVR technology in the development of therapeutic communication, cultural understanding, and empathy, analyzes existing scientific research, and discusses the methodological foundations of integrating this technology into nursing education.
