The main objective of the study is to identify the factors influencing the development of professional competence among teachers and to scientifically justify the methods for improving these competencies. During the research, methods such as pedagogical observation, comparative analysis, scientific analysis, and generalization were used. The results showed that innovative pedagogical technologies, practical training, reflective activities, and continuous professional development play a significant role in developing teachers' professional competencies. In addition, the use of modern teaching methods and information technologies in higher education institutions significantly enhances the professional training of future preschool teachers. The findings of this research are important for improving the system of training pedagogical personnel for the preschool education sector.
