Abstract
Speaking competence is still one of the greatest challenges for L2 learners, especially in contexts where traditional teaching methods dominate classroom practice. This article examines how interactive teaching methods help learners to increase speaking ability in English language courses. The results indicate that interactive instruction creates meaningful opportunities for oral communication and that it ought to be taken as an essential component of effective English language teaching.
