Abstract

Inclusive education has become a central principle of educational policy and institutional governance worldwide, emphasizing equal access to quality education for all learners regardless of physical, cognitive, linguistic, or social differences. In applied linguistics, inclusion is particularly significant as language learning environments often reflect diverse learner needs, proficiency levels, and communicative backgrounds. From an education management perspective, inclusive education represents a strategic commitment to equity, sustainability, and institutional effectiveness. (UNESCO, 2020; Ainscow, 2017). Inclusive education represents a strategic priority in modern education management and applied linguistics. It ensures equitable access to language learning for students with diverse linguistic, cognitive, and physical needs (UNESCO, 2020). This article analyzes inclusive education through the lens of institutional leadership, policy implementation, and linguistic pedagogy (Florian, 2019).
