Abstract

This paper argues that student motivation in English language learning is not a fixed internal trait but a dynamic state that can be strategically cultivated through the intentional design of the classroom environment. The discussion concludes that by systematically implementing these environmental strategies, educators can transform the classroom into an ecosystem that naturally nurtures engagement, persistence, and a positive language-learning identity.
