Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the formation and development of the Republic of Turkey's foreign policy towards North Africa. The study examines historical processes from the Ottoman era through the Cold War, the post–Cold War period, and the Arab Spring. Particular attention is paid to Turkey's geopolitical, economic, and military interests, with a focus on the Libyan crisis as a central component of Ankara's regional strategy.
