MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING CREATIVE COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN AN INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations and effective mechanisms for developing creative competencies of future primary school teachers in an innovative educational environment. It is substantiated that in the modern education system, a teacher is required not only to impart knowledge, but also to be creative, flexible in thinking, and to use innovative approaches. The study reveals the content of creative competence, its structural components, and its importance in pedagogical activity. It also examines the opportunities for students to develop independent thinking, problem solving, creative design, and reflective activity through the organization of an innovative educational environment. The article describes interactive methods, digital technologies, project-based learning, collaborative learning, and reflective approaches as important mechanisms for the formation of creative competencies. The results of the study serve to modernize the process of training pedagogical personnel and improve the quality of primary education.
