Abstract

The article provides a nutritional composition of food for diseases of the endocrine system - diabetes mellitus, recommendations for diet planning, consumption of a variety of foods, energy balance, control of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, classification of plant foods by carbohydrate content, and a daily diet.
