Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the system of internal and external factors influencing the sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The interrelationship between economic, technological, institutional, and social factors affecting the development of industrial enterprises is examined from a scientific perspective. In addition, modern analytical methodologies used in assessing enterprise development and making strategic decisions—such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, system analysis, regression analysis, and comprehensive evaluation methods—are discussed. Based on the research results, scientific and practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises are proposed.
