Abstract
Effective pedagogy in non-philological universities, particularly in technical disciplines such as engineering, computing, and applied sciences, requires innovative, evidence-based teaching methods and robust assessment approaches. This article examines instructional practices, including task-based learning, flipped classrooms, collaborative strategies, and technology-enhanced learning. Evaluation techniques suitable for measuring both knowledge and practical competencies are also explored. Recommendations are provided for university professors to enhance student learning outcomes in technical fields.
