Abstract

This article discusses the significance of developing language skills through the application of the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) 4C Model in teaching foreign languages to students of non-philological higher education institutions. The study highlights the advantages of implementing CLIL technology in classroom practice in order to enhance students’ professional communication culture in a foreign language. Particular attention is paid to the role of the 4C Model in fostering professional knowledge, language competence, and effective communication skills.
