EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES FOR ENHANCING STUDENT MOTIVATION
Abstract
This conference paper explores effective strategies for enhancing student motivation in the educational process. Student motivation is widely recognized as a key factor influencing academic engagement, persistence, and achievement. The study analyzes intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors, modern pedagogical approaches, and instructional strategies that positively impact learners’ motivation. A qualitative and analytical research design was employed through the review of international and local academic literature. The findings indicate that goal-oriented instruction, active learning methods, constructive feedback, fair assessment, and the integration of educational technologies significantly improve student motivation and learning outcomes. The results of this study may be useful for educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers seeking to improve the quality of education through motivation-centered teaching practices.
