Abstract
The datasets contains nanoindentation data collected at Polytechnic University of Turin and at University of Padua. Nanoindentations were performed on calibrated reference materials (SiO2 and W) by means of two different testing equipments. Nanoindentations were collected in a variety of environmental and testing conditions to monitor measurement error of testing equipment.
