Abstract
The rapid evolution of computer hardware components presents pedagogical challenges for traditional teaching methods, which often fall short in fostering deep comprehension and retention. This article critically examines the effectiveness of virtual visual materials like 3D simulations, augmented reality, and interactive virtual labs as innovative tools for teaching computer hardware. Drawing on learning theories, it explores how these materials enhance learning outcomes, engagement, and retention by offering dynamic, repeatable, and safe environments [1]. A conceptual research methodology, including comparative analysis, is outlined. Despite challenges, virtual visual materials offer a transformative approach in hardware education, paving the way for advancements in STEM pedagogy.
