This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the support system for persons with disabilities, particularly children with hearing impairments, within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy. The study highlights the medical and socio-pedagogical significance of cochlear implantation, substantiates the effectiveness of its early application, and examines the specific features of post-implantation speech therapy rehabilitation. Special emphasis is placed on the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies in inclusive education to ensure effective speech and communicative development. Based on the research findings, methodologically grounded recommendations are proposed.
