Abstract

One of the primary ways in which emotional intelligence influences classroom dynamics in strengthening healthy relationships between teachers and students is through fostering positive interactions between them. It enables the creation of a learning environment that responds to students’ emotional needs, nurtures them, and provides support. Teachers can employ empathetic communication, active listening, and conflict resolution strategies to build trust and open communication. By recognizing and supporting students’ emotions, teachers create a safe environment in which students feel comfortable, thereby increasing engagement and the overall effectiveness of the learning process.
