Abstract

This article presents the findings of a study examining the effectiveness of test-based technologies integrated into simulation-based medical education cycles. The developed assessment system was embedded within the educational process to enable comprehensive evaluation of both theoretical knowledge and practical clinical skills among fifth-year medical students. Analysis of student survey responses and objective test results demonstrates a measurable improvement in the objectivity of competency assessment and an enhancement in the overall quality of future physicians' preparation. The proposed approach was found to facilitate the development of clinical thinking and to increase student motivation for self-directed learning.
