IMPROVEMENT OF ERGONOMIC AND FUNCTIONAL APPROACHES IN DESIGNING KNITTED PRODUCTS
Abstract
This article scientifically examines the improvement of ergonomic and functional approaches in the design of knitted products. The study highlights ways to optimize structural solutions of knitwear based on human anthropometric measurements, movement biomechanics, comfort level, and conditions of use. In addition, the influence of functional indicators such as material elasticity, hygienic properties, heat exchange, moisture management, and deformation resistance on product quality and consumer value is analyzed. The research substantiates that integrating ergonomic design principles with modern digital design technologies significantly enhances the competitiveness, aesthetic appearance, and operational efficiency of knitted products.
