Abstract

This article analyzes the processes of judicial reform carried out within the framework of the Development Strategy for 2022–2026, the urgent measures taken to ensure fair justice, and issues related to strengthening the independence of the judiciary. The study covers reforms in such areas as digitalization of the judicial system, ensuring openness and transparency in judicial proceedings, expanding citizens' access to courts, and developing the institution of advocacy. The article also scientifically substantiates issues of ensuring judicial independence, limiting interference in court activities, and strengthening the legal and institutional foundations of the judiciary. In conclusion, practical proposals and recommendations are developed to further strengthen judicial independence and improve the effectiveness of justice. The research findings serve to improve the judicial-legal system, strengthen the rule of law, and reliably protect the rights and freedoms of citizens.
