Abstract
In global banking practice, investment operations with securities are a priority for commercial banks. Therefore, investment operations with securities play a key role in ensuring the liquidity and financial stability of commercial banks.The article identifies current problems associated with improving investment operations of commercial banks of Uzbekistan with securities and develops scientific proposals for solving these problems.
