Abstract

This dataset provides a processed and harmonized micro-level audit of human capital assets, institutional trust, and labor market participation across a specific Central Asian cluster: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan. The data was derived from the Life in Transition Survey (LiTS) IV and specifically filtered to include 3,068 observations relevant to transitional economic research. Key features of this dataset included:Harmonized Educational Metrics,Institutional Perceptions, Economic Outcomes and Demographic Controls. This dataset is designed for researchers in labor economics, institutional auditing, and social mobility studies. It facilitates the testing of the "Financial Return on Education" and and the role of social capital in transition economies.
