Abstract

Teacher–student communication is one of the most important factors influencing the effectiveness of the educational process and students’ academic performance. Productive communication between teachers and students creates a positive classroom environment, strengthens motivation, improves understanding of educational materials, and encourages active participation in learning activities. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of teacher–student communication on students’ learning outcomes and academic achievement. The study is based on the analysis of pedagogical literature, educational observations, and comparative approaches. The findings demonstrate that effective communication, constructive feedback, emotional support, and interactive teaching strategies significantly improve students’ academic success and classroom engagement. The article concludes that strengthening communication between teachers and students is essential for improving educational quality and achieving better learning outcomes.
