Abstract

This thesis explores pedagogical approaches to increasing the effectiveness of training equipment use in the development of football players’ technical preparedness. The purpose of the study is to identify instructional principles and methodological conditions that enhance the educational impact of simulator-based football training. The study is based on theoretical analysis, synthesis of sports pedagogy literature, comparative review of coaching models, and conceptual design. The results demonstrate that the effectiveness of training equipment depends on the pedagogical logic of task sequencing, the relationship between individual correction and group training, the integration of technical exercises with perceptual and game-based demands, and the use of continuous feedback. It is concluded that simulator-based training becomes genuinely effective only when it is embedded in a pedagogically managed system aimed at meaningful skill acquisition rather than mechanical repetition.
