Abstract
In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, English as an international language of science, technology, diplomacy, and intercultural communication has grown significantly in importance. Modern society demands not passive knowledge of grammatical rules, but the ability to actively use language in authentic communicative contexts. Globalization, the rise of digital communication technologies, and the integration of national economies into the world system have all reinforced English language proficiency as a vital social and professional competence.
