Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical foundations of psychological training,as well as the results of an empirical study aimed at determining the needs of teachers inpsychological support. Specific measures are proposed to improve the system ofpsychological training in universities, contributing to improving the quality of educationand the professional well-being of teachers
