Abstract

The article analyzes the concepts of media literacy and information culture in the context of contemporary digital society, focusing on their relationship with youth social engagement, communicative culture, and critical thinking skills. The cognitive, technical, ethical, and safety-related aspects of media literacy are examined. The significance of information culture as a factor shaping an individual's behavior in the digital space and social responsibility is scientifically substantiated.
