The Impact OF Artificial Intelligence AND Automation on Employment Systems: Contemporary Economic Challenges AND Strategic Solutions
Abstract
Nowadays, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation are becoming the main drivers of profound changes in the global economy. This article analyzes the impact of AI and automation on employment levels. Modern economic challenges arising from these processes are identified, and possible solutions are proposed. Particular attention is paid to such issues as the changing structure of professions, the imbalance between labor demand and supply, social inequality, and the delay in educational system modernization. As potential solutions, government programs, re-skilling initiatives, the concept of Universal Basic Income (UBI), and collaboration between business and education are discussed. The necessity of creating a sustainable employment system based on a human-centered approach to technological development is substantiated.
