Abstract

Humans, as an integral part of nature, cannot survive in isolation from it. The unity of human emotion and moral consciousness reflected in ecological relationships is not a coincidence. In ancient times — particularly in the civilizations of China, India, and Central Asia — the mythological worldview perceived the universe as a unified whole in which nature, humans, and mythological deities were inseparably intertwined. The human image was not seen as a distinct essence separate from nature. Instead, the forces of nature were endowed with human qualities and often deified.
