The Interpretation OF Metaphors in Farida Afroz's Poetry

Abstract

This article discusses the artistic and functional significance of metaphors in the works of Farida Afroz, a prominent representative of modern Uzbek poetry. It analyzes the figurative expressions found in her poetry and examines the layers of deep meaning conveyed through imagery and symbols. The study highlights how the relationship between society, human beings, and nature is reflected through unique linguocultural expressions in her poetic metaphors. Examples from Farida Afroz's lyrical poetry are reviewed and analyzed.
