Crypto-Assets AND Their Regulation Under Entrepreneurial Law
Abstract
This comprehensive study examines crypto-assets and the important areas that need to be addressed within the framework of entrepreneurial law. These important areas include contracts, the sphere of intellectual property, the tax and control process, which are widely manifested in entrepreneurship. By analyzing the above-mentioned areas, we will see how important crypto-assets are for the entrepreneurial sphere. In this case, we can see new types of smart contracts in the field of contracts; trademarks, company secrets, NFT in the field of intellectual property; the process of taxation when dealing with crypto-assets in the tax sphere; the licensing procedure in the field of control. This study examines the place and role of crypto-assets in the application of entrepreneurial law by analyzing foreign practice and experience.
