Doctrinal Approaches to Determining Jurisdiction in Web Development Rights Protection

Abstract

This study examines the doctrinal approaches to determining jurisdiction in the protection of web development rights. The research analyzes existing legal frameworks, identifies key challenges in jurisdiction determination, and explores the peculiarities of civil law protection for web developments. The study employs a comparative analysis of jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional approaches, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. The research also considers International experience in web development rights protection and provides recommendations for improving the legal framework in this area.
