MOBILE TECHNOLOGY-BASED ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES
Abstract
This article examines the role of mobile technologies in managing accounts receivable systems in medium-sized businesses. The research analyzes the significance of mobile applications, cloud technologies, CRM systems, electronic payment platforms, and automated monitoring tools in improving financial management efficiency. The proposed approach enables enterprises to monitor customer debts, track payment schedules, generate financial reports, and manage debtor databases in real time using mobile devices. The article also discusses the advantages of digital transformation in receivables management, including reducing overdue debts, improving cash flow, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling remote financial control. Furthermore, issues related to cybersecurity, internet dependency, and technical literacy are also considered. The results show that mobile technologies significantly improve the stability, transparency, and competitiveness of medium-sized businesses in the digital economy.
