Abstract
This paper examines the systemic mechanisms for optimizing the process of an individual's social adaptation across various age cohorts. Within the scope of the study, the institutional roles of psychological support services, contemporary education, mass media, and public policy are analyzed. Furthermore, a framework for practical social programs aimed at enhancing age-appropriate adaptation in a transforming society is proposed.
