Abstract
Menstrual cycle disorders among women of reproductive age represent a multifaceted gynecological, endocrine, and metabolic challenge. These irregularities—ranging from oligomenorrhea and amenorrhea to abnormal uterine bleeding—are primary contributors to female infertility, metabolic syndrome, and significant reductions in overall quality of life. Despite the high prevalence of these conditions, traditional therapeutic paradigms have often relied heavily on symptom management rather than addressing the root pathophysiological causes.
