Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) is one of the most frequent and debilitating gynecological pathologies, heavily impacting the physical health, psychological well-being, and social functioning of women. The transition from outdated terminology to the modern FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) PALM-COEIN classification system has revolutionized the etiological understanding of this condition.
