Abstract
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is the most prevalent endocrine-metabolic disorder among women of reproductive age and the leading cause of anovulatory infertility worldwide. Its complex pathophysiology, driven by hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance, severely compromises reproductive function, leading to chronic anovulation, poor oocyte quality, and elevated miscarriage rates.
