Abstract
This study explores the role of digital platforms in developing students' independent learning competency inhigher education institutions of Uzbekistan, including Navoi State University. A mixed-methods approach was employed,combining surveys and interviews conducted among undergraduate students. The findings indicate that digital platformspositively contribute to students' self-management, motivation, goal-setting, and learner autonomy. In addition, the studyemphasizes the significance of interactive feedback and collaborative digital tools in enhancing independent learningprocesses.
