Abstract
Hysterectomy is among the most commonly performed gynecological surgical procedures worldwide. Spinal anesthesia provides effective intraoperative analgesia and favorable postoperative outcomes; however, patients may experience anxiety, fear, and discomfort during surgery. Optimized sedation is therefore essential to ensure patient comfort and safety.
