Abstract

Modern vehicle engines operate under increasingly demanding conditions, requiring efficient thermal management systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability. Conventional cooling systems based on mechanical control components often lack the flexibility needed to respond effectively to changing operating conditions. This study focuses on the development and integration of a software and mechatronic control system for vehicle cooling applications. The proposed system combines temperature sensors, electronic control units, intelligent software algorithms, and electronically controlled actuators to achieve accurate thermal regulation. The integration of software-based decision-making and mechatronic components enables real-time monitoring and adaptive control of coolant temperature. The results indicate that the proposed system improves cooling efficiency, enhances thermal stability, reduces energy consumption, and contributes to improved engine performance. The research demonstrates the potential of intelligent mechatronic technologies in modern automotive thermal management systems.
