Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of the pedagogical significance of the 4+2 education model as one of the key mechanisms for ensuring the integrated connection between theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the modern educational process, as well as the issues related to its effective implementation. Ensuring the harmony between theory and practice in the educational process is currently a crucial condition for training competitive specialists with professional competencies. The study examines the potential of the 4+2 model to integrate theoretical learning with practical activities and analyzes the pedagogical mechanisms that contribute to the development of students’ professional competencies and the enhancement of overall educational effectiveness.
