TURIZMDA TRANSPORT VOSITALARI

This article examines the role of transport vehicles in the tourism industry. Using statistical data and comparative analysis, the study identifies the main transport types used in tourism, evaluates their contribution to tourist flows, and analyses the current state of transport infrastructure in Uzbekistan, particularly in the Samarkand region. Results show that aviation accounts for 58% of international tourist arrivals, while the introduction of high-speed rail ("Afrosiyob") has significantly boosted domestic tourism. Recommendations are proposed to improve low-cost connectivity and eco-friendly transport adoption.
